   Clients are required to adhere to the agreed-upon payment schedule. Late payments may result in service interruptions.

   Clients must allow Glimmer Shade to coordinate all vendor relationships unless otherwise specified in the contract.

8. Venue Regulations:
   All events must comply with venue rules and regulations. Clients are responsible for ensuring their guests are aware of and follow these regulations.

9. Setup and Breakdown:
   Clients must adhere to the setup and breakdown timelines established in the contract. Any changes must be communicated and approved in advance.

Safety and Security

10. Safety Protocols:
    All events must adhere to local safety and health regulations. Clients are responsible for ensuring the safety of their guests.

11. Insurance Requirements:
    Clients may be required to provide proof of insurance for their events, especially for large gatherings or those involving certain activities.

Changes and Cancellations

12. Change Requests:
    Any changes to the event details must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval. Additional fees may apply.

13. Cancellation Policy:
    Clients must adhere to our cancellation policy, as outlined in the contract. Cancellations may incur fees depending on the timing.

Photography and Media

14. Photography Rights:
    Glimmer Shade reserves the right to take photographs and videos during events for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in advance.

Liability

15. Liability Waiver:  
    Clients agree to indemnify and hold Glimmer Shade harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their event.

Final Notes

16. Compliance:
    By working with Glimmer Shade Event Company, clients agree to comply with these rules and regulations.

17. Amendments:
    These rules and regulations are subject to change. Clients will be notified of any amendments in writing.
